It means no matter what “product” you are delivering, rather it be a part, material, or knowledge, you are putting forth every effort to ensure that the “product” is delivered to the requirements of your customer and that is your priority number one. Now everything isn’t going to be perfect. Just by the nature of production; not everything is going to meet the requirements due to numerous possible factors, including human error. And that is where a solid Quality System comes in to play. Our goal is to work with our clients to maintain, or strengthen their quality systems. And when needed, to provide quality materials to contribute to their processes. To be accurate; to be thorough; to be consistent.

Quality Auditing
Maintain and / or strengthen your quality systems with effective and value added auditing.
Internal and External auditing - AS 9100 and other Quality Management Systems.
NDT EQUIPMENT CALIBRATION
Calibration services for Ultrasonic Instruments; Portable and Stationary - At your facility or ship the instrument to us!
Calibration services for Light Meters and Gauss Meters.

Cooper NDT - NDT Level 3 Services
Providing Nondestructive Testing Level 3 services including NDT auditing, training, and Responsible Level 3 representation for numerous major aerospace and energy suppliers and contractors.
NAS-410 and ASNT Level 3 certified.
MATERIALS TESTING
Water Content testing to the applicable ASTM standards; Fluorescent Penetrant Brightness testing.
Quality consulting
Providing training, guidance and direction to drive consistency. Passing on the knowledge to build and maintain processes.
Materials / Equipment Supply and Support
Providing high quality materials for your quality systems’ needs; NDT consumables and supporting equipment; Inspection equipment, etc.
